Jersey Giant - Very vigorous, produces high yields, high disease tolerance,
and produces well in cooler climates. Green spears with purple bracts.
Jersey Knight -
Vigorous variety, high yields and excellent disease tolerance. The Knight produces the best spear quality of all the Jersey male hybrids. Performs well in warmer climates. Green spears with purple bracts.
Jersey Supreme- Production is found to be higher in Michigan trials. Due to late seeding, plants will be smaller, but of good quality.
Mary Washington- Open pollinated variety. Medium to large purplish tinged, tightly-budded. Grows well throughout Midwest.

Prolific, large, good flavor, open
pollinated purple variety.
